Itinerary

Welcome to Egypt!!! Our representative will meet you at the airport. Arrival. Transfer to the hotel, Accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel in Cairo. Then pick up and transfer to the Giza plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world (the great pyramid of Cheops), the visit includes the other Pyramids of Giza (Khephren and Mycerinus), the famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple, built next to the Pyramid of Chephren.

Breakfast, Visit to the Egyptian Museum,Visit to the Egyptian Museum, which contains the largest collection of monuments from the Pharaonic era of Ancient Egypt, as well as a room that includes the treasures of the young king Tutankhamun.

Visit to the Citadel of Saladin, built by Salah El Din on the heights of Mokattam Mountain in 1138 AD to defend Cairo from the Crusades. Visit to the Alabaster Mosque of Muhamed Ali, designed by architect Yousif Boushnaq, a Turk who came from Istanbul to build this Mosque for King Muhamed Ali, who reigned Egypt for more than 45 years (1805-1849). Visit to the area of Old Cairo which includes the Hanging Church, the Church of St. Barbara, the Church of Abu Serga and the Ben Ezra Synagogue. Visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the famous and ancient bazaars in the Middle East. Return to the hotel.

Breakfast. Free time until transfer to Cairo airport for the flight to Sharm el Sheikh. Arrival and assistance in Sharm.

The customer service before departure was excellent, the organisation from start to finish was excellent, the accommodation was better than expected, the group leader was excellent, the itinerary was excellent. As a solo female traveller I felt completely comfortable with the rest of the group whether they were traveling alone, with friends or with partners. The mix of activities, geographical locations, sights, sounds, terrain and communities left you feeling like you had experienced and encountered Vietnam, its history, its people and its landscape.

Amazing country, beautifully seen from the seat of a bicycle. So many unusual sights - friendly people (attractive, relaxed, smiling, shouting hello); fields of rice, coffee, rubber, eucalyptus, dragon fruit, etc., farmers herding brown cows and water buffalo; basic living conditions, cooking, eating and washing-up in the open, spilling out onto pavement; scooters everywhere and crazy driving but it seems to work, no road rage; great respect for older people and ancestors (colourful cemeteries and every house has small ancestral shrine). Came back with a real feel for the country, wanting to learn more.

Lifelong memories

We were part of a group of 17 who quickly formed a close bond created entirely by the enthusiasm and generosity of our leader. Nothing was too much trouble Long went out of his way every day to make sure we experienced in full life in Vietnam. The trip ran like clockwork, without us feeling we were being rushed at any stage. He made it fun even when we cycled 100 k in a day taking in a very high mountain pass.
